Exchange and Return Policy

Because our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. 

In the event you would like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please email enchantedpagescollective@gmail.com, or contact us via the shop chat as soon as possible (must be within 14 days after item is delivered). Please include your order number for reference

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item. 

We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. We do our best to get exchanges out in a timely manner. With that said, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item. 

Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Please message us via the shop chat, or email enchantedpagescollective@gmail.com, as soon as possible for a cancellation.

I ordered multiple items, but only one arrived.

All item types ship separately (i.e.. shirts ship separately from sweatshirts, which ship separately from mugs, etc.)

You will receive multiple packages and corresponding tracking numbers. Your order status will include all tracking numbers. If any items are missing or not included in the tracking number listing, please reach out to us!

What if I want a design on a different product and it's not listed?

If you love an existing Enchanted Pages Collective design and don't see it listed on a crop top, tank, long sleeve, etc. Please reach out to us via email at enchantedpagescollective@gmail.com.

We will do our best to list these items within 5 business days of your request. 

You will receive an email with the link to the listing. 

Color options may be limited due to supply or design restrictions. the listing link will include the available colors.

Note, not all designs look good on all colors. I will do my best to accommodate all requests but please keep this in mind.
